ONLINE APPLICATIONS

  To apply, each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and pay a nonrefundable $50 application fee per person. All adults must apply and be listed on the lease. 

RENTAL SCREENING CRITERIA 

Once your application is approved by the landlord, you will receive a lease to review and sign.

To secure the apartment and have it removed from the market, we require payment of the first month’s rent after you’ve signed the lease. This payment is non-refundable.

Prior to move in, last month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent are due. Along with the monthly water fee of $37/m per occupant and any pet fee should it apply. 

Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400. Dog Fee is $750. One-time, non-refundable.
