To apply, we require 1st month's rent along with a nonrefundable $65 application fee. Everyone who will be living in the location must apply who is over the age of 18 years old. All occupants must be on the lease.
Once your application is accepted by the Landlord. A lease will be provided to you to review. To secure the home, we require payment of 1st month's rent. 1st month's rent is nonrefundable.
Prior to move in, last month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent are due. Along with the monthly water fee of $35/m per occupant and any pet fee should it apply.
Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400 and Dogs $750, nonrefundable.
